Artificial Intelligence in Marketing and Sales—The Triptych Difference

Artificial Intelligence in Marketing and Sales—The Triptych Difference

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is defined by most sources as the action of automating human processes through software modeling with high-speed computing technologies. As day-to-day consumers, you’ve likely experienced AI through generative AI concepts like:

  • Chatbots used in customer service interactions
  • Image recognition tools used in cell phone interactions
  • Content creation tools (like funny face filters) on social media apps
  • Fraud alerts in financial systems

Interest in developing and applying AI to our lives is the result of a bunch of things happening at once, including:

  • Easy (affordable) access to high-speed computer processing and data storage.
  • Changes in the work force that are causing massive labor shortages.
  • A global desire and appetite to embrace data and use it for creative purposes.

How Triptych Uses Artificial Intelligence in Marketing and Sales

One of the founding principles of Triptych was to automate and simplify sales and marketing efforts to accelerate sales execution and optimize marketing enablement. We wanted sales teams to be able to find the right content that matched their target persona, market, and goals. Moreover, we wanted to provide them with an efficient method of content selection, customization, and delivery—showing the salesperson only content relevant to them, only their certified customization options, and only the delivery methods available to them.

So that’s just what we did, and we like to call it Triptych Intelligence.

What’s the Difference?

Although people are more likely to associate Artificial Intelligence with tools like ChatGPT, Bard, or DALL-E—generative AI tools—we’ve been using intelligence at Triptych to drive the Triptych platform since our founding. We use complex rules and models to automate human processes with high-speed computing technologies to provide the user driven experiences that make the Triptych platform unique.

The Evolution of Triptych Continues

You might be asking; will Triptych be rolling out generative text and image tools for users? Our answer – are your compliance, marketing, and sales teams ready for that? Do the rules and regulations of your market allow those?

Triptych develops new features and functionality in conversation with our customers, investing only in developments that fit into our clients’ field sales experience requirements. We’ve worked with the sales, marketing, and legal teams of our clients long enough to know that they want a say in the rules and guidance that Triptych provides today, and that any implementation of an “AI” model needs to be aligned to their corporate data and rules.

It’s like we’ve been saying all along—AI isn’t about replacing humans—it's about enhancing the work humans do. Triptych Intelligence will continue to evolve, progressively addressing the challenges of marketing and sales execution and enhancing the user driven experience that helps Triptych users deliver greater sales results.
