Tami Marek-Loper is a veteran sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of work in the industry. 20+ years of experience in printing, marketing, and technology have culminated in her position as President and Co-Owner of The Marek Group, a leading turn-key marketing execution company that specializes in print, promotions, mail, incentives, kitting, fulfillment, and channel enablement. She is skilled at drawing business insights from data to optimize client sales and marketing processes and maximize client outcomes.
Tami has worked with numerous companies across a wide variety of industries with a hyper-focus on B2B, B2B2C, and regulated business such as healthcare and financial services. She has helped some of America’s most well-known brands transform the way they gather, manage, recommend and distribute their sales and marketing content to the field.
Tami has dedicated the majority of her career to developing and establishing The Marek Group as a leader in the Marketing industry. Guest Speaker: Barbra “Barbie” Mattie: VP, Principal Analyst for Forrester
Barbie Mattie is a sales and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of B2B and B2C, including market analysis, sales strategy, global go-to-market strategy, full lifecycle campaign development, execution, and measurement.
Barbie joined Forrester through the acquisition of SiriusDecisions in 2019. Prior to SiriusDecisions, she spent more than 12 years at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) developing her expertise in the semiconductor industry. She started at AMD developing online marketing programs, then went on to manage the team that performed all interactive execution for AMD.com in 13 countries. In her next position, Barbie took a more strategic role as global campaign manager executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that drove demand for PCs sold through the channel in 11 sub-regions. In her final role at AMD, she managed the team that determined global unit, share, margin, and revenue goals and equipped sales with channel strategies focused on market growth.
Previous to AMD, she worked at the interactive agency Macquarium Intelligent Communications, managing cross-functional teams to execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, including Kimberly-Clark, Yahoo!, CIBA Vision, Akin Gump Strauss, Hauer and Feld LLP, Merial, and Novartis. She also developed and managed the website and customer loyalty program for Saab Cars USA’s North American headquarters.
Barbara received her Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Loyola University in New Orleans.
